``Kate has an incredible eye for what a space can be and how that space should match the client’s personality. She helped lay out a variety of options and directions while ensuring I stayed within the guardrails I laid out initially for the project. For me those guardrails meant an openness to taking a few risks and exploring new ideas as long as that meant weaving them together into a cohesive style. She managed to lay out options that I would have never considered by clearly articulating how different colors, textures, and styles can be woven together for a unified look throughout the home. She somehow unified classic concepts with modern style in a way I had not seen before. She also did this with a certain efficiency - she listened to what I wanted but wasn’t afraid to gently push back when it felt like we were straying too far from my initial vision or beginning to head down a path that would not be financially feasible.
